Silver hoop dance earrings from Egypt with bell dangles. Made, of 60% pure silver and fully hallmarked with the three part Egyptian hallmark and made  between 1953-1959. These earrings were used in the zar ceremony accompanied by a lot of movement and rhythmical drumming.

Length is 6.5 cm (2 1/3"). Diameter of the hoop is 3 cm (1 1/4"). Weight is 20 g.
