Stepped aluminum mandrel securely mounts on a steel base and easily rotates 360°. The smooth round steps allow you to precisely size rings when wax working or using metal clay. Mandrel is clearly marked with sizes 4–13 and can be removed from the stand for handheld use. 13" total length.
